Kaitlyn Minnis

Director of operations
Kaitlyn, with her Health and Wellness background, truly values personal growth as it goes hand in hand with professional growth.  Growing up in upstate NY, being active, outdoorsy, and lakeside was always on the agenda. If she wasn’t kayaking or swimming she was getting ready for the Buffalo Bills football season. As an avid reader and travel enthusiast, Kaitlyn is always hungry for the next adventure, whether it be trying the local cuisine or spending an afternoon in a bookstore coffee shop, you never know what possibilities are around the corner. She loves a great quote, whether it be a cheesy one-liner or something inspirational from a public speaker, author, friend, or mentor, it’s what you do with it that matters. Always remember the best words to live by, “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. ‘ That is why it’s called the present.”

Cai Silva

Office Administration

Cai is from NY but has been in Denver for the last 5 years after deciding she needed a change of scenery. She discovered a passion for outdoor activities like hiking and rock climbing and can’t wait to explore what Indiana has to offer. She has always had a spirit of service which translated into most of her adult life working with children and later as a yoga instructor and loves being able to share this passion with her team Cai is no stranger to hard work and really looks forward to rolling up her sleeves to help create opportunities for her new community in Indiana. She loves music and can’t do anything without good tunes in the background and is a fan of breakfast food any time of day!  Feel free to offer suggestions on good spots in the area; she’s always looking for her next favorite breakfast joint. 

Kwaku Dakwa

If people are doubting how far you can go, go so far that you can’t hear them anymore.” This is just one of many quotes that motivate Kwaku and help him reach his goals in life. Despite being born visually impaired and losing his sight beginning at the age of 15, there is no obstacle that will hold Kwaku back. A long-time Hoosier, Kwaku graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ball State University and loves all things media, music, and comedy. With a large interest in broadcasting since a very early age, Kwaku was able to develop leadership skills in high school and college. First as the high school newspaper editor his senior year then later as the assistant news director at his student-run college radio station, WCRD. Kwaku values having fun and living life to the fullest as well as watching his friends and family succeed and reach their goals. With a creative mindset and a dream-big attitude, Kwaku hopes to revive his podcast and get back into the radio industry in some form. In his free time, Kwaku can be found listening to music, watching comedy shows or history documentaries, or socializing and adventuring.

Tony Tipler Jr

“You can’t get so hung up on where you’d rather be, that you forget to make the most of where you are.” A quote that has stuck with Tony to remind himself to block out the noise and live in the moment. After working multiple jobs and being capped on his growth, Tony was ready for a new opportunity that would challenge him and allow him to push himself past perceived limits. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Tony is a fan of all things Indiana. A Hoosier through and through. Graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Sports media, he loves all things sports-related. “Sports are so much more than just the game being played, it’s about the experience and the lifelong connections that can be made within.” When he’s not watching sports, he loves working out, playing soccer and basketball, and watching GOT. Tony values making memories with his family and friends, traveling, and anything involving food, whether it’s cooking or consuming it. Going forward, he is excited to travel the world and experience all the new cultures and people it has to offer. “

Gerald Bentley

Senior Account Executive

This is the quote Gerald lives by, and it continues to shape his journey through life and leadership. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Gerald has always been passionate about growth — both in himself and in others. That passion led him to coaching high school football, where he’s dedicated to helping young athletes develop both on and off the field. Gerald earned his degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. With a deep commitment to mentorship and development, he’s now pursuing his dream of launching a sports agency focused on guiding the next generation of athletes and leaders. When he’s not working or coaching, Gerald enjoys spending time at the gym, watching classic movies, playing video games, and connecting with family and friends.

Logan Massingill

Senior Account Executive

Logan, with her want for growth and development is ready for any opportunity. Logan has always looked for ways she can, not only develop her current skills, but embrace new ones.  Born and raised here in Indiana and she has always enjoyed spending time with her large family. Logan enjoys being outside, especially during the fall season, and she is always excited to go for a walk on a trail or simply enjoy a table dinner on a patio. Other than the outdoors, she does enjoy the peace and relaxation of curling up on the couch to read or watch an old timey show, such as the Golden Girls or Frasier. An old quote that has always stuck with her through the years, that helps her get through any challenge in life is -“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you feel, and smarter than you think.

Tania Luv Jones

Senior Account Executive

When they go low, we go high has been a quote that’s been so motivational for Tania.  Growing up in Detroit, Michigan with 5 brothers she’s learned how to adapt and stay motivated.  Tania prides herself in stepping out of her comfort zone and pushing herself to be the best that she can be to overcome the stereotypes and step out of the box that she was put in.  Her true passion is for art and expressing herself through her art in different ways. Tania is always looking for the opportunity to impact people not only with her art, but with her unique way of thinking. Tania’s goal is to inspire people. One day, she’ll have her own art studio where people come together and share ideas, values and fine arts.  In her free time, she enjoys painting, drawing, playing with her dog, finding new ways to have adventures and thinking outside of the box.

Stacey Karrick

Senior Account Executive

Stacey is originally from Illinois and recently moved to Indiana for a new environment and wanted opportunities to grow as a person. She is the oldest sibling and has four brothers and a sister. She was a multi-sport athlete all throughout school; playing softball, volleyball, and basketball.  Softball was always her first priority and her biggest passion.  Playing sports has taught her many things, such as discipline, teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence. From everything she has gone through, Stacey is all about showing up and facing the challenges head-on. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, listening to country music, shooting hoops, or simply enjoying family time.
